Terms and Conditions
1. Open to those resident in the UK excluding employees of the Lloyds TSB Bank plc and emel Magazine Ltd.
2. To enter the competition simply send your postcard entry to emel/Lloyds TSB, Studio 8, The Whitechapel Centre, Myrdle Street, London E1 1HL. The entries will not be returned to the entrants.
3. The closing date is 20.10.06.
4. By submitting your entry you grant emel magazine a perpetual, royalty free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, store and otherwise exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your entry.
5. The winners will be selected by the panel of independent judges from all eligible entries on 27.10.06 and will be notified by phone or email within 14 working days of the close of the competition. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The names of the judges are available on request.
6. There are 12 prizes to be won: one day with graffiti artist, Mohammed Ali, one art course plus ten art kits. We reserve the right to change, amend or vary the prizes and/or terms of eligibility at any time.
7. If in the unlikely event the winner cannot be contacted by 18.10.06 after all reasonable efforts have been made, then the prize will no longer be available to the winner without any liability.
8. The winners may be required to participate in future publicity in connection with this promotion. The name and county of the winner will be available by sending a SAE to emel magazine, Studio 8, The Whitechapel Centre, Myrdle Street, London E1 1HL.

10. Lloyds TSB and emel Magazine will not be responsible for contents of the messages sent from this website via "Share a postcard with your friend". The transmission of the email postcard cannot be guaranteed to be secure, error-free or to have originated from a legitimate address in emel as information could be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, created by a non-authorised source, arrive late or incomplete, or contain viruses. emel and Lloyds TSB shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) and/or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party as a result of or which may be attributable, directly of indirectly, to you sending or receiving of an email postcard through the use of this site.
